CUSTOMER Return Policy


For return process, Download RA form and complete it and fax to 213-478-0568 or email the form at online@sundaesky.com
  1. Returns without prior return authorization are subject to refusal or discard without notice.

  2. Items purchased from Sundae Sky are eligible for a one-time refund, repair, replacement, or exchange for the amount of the return item. Please note, all return items must be in the condition they were received. SAMPLE SALE ITEMS ARE NOT ELIGIBLE FOR A RETURN.

  3. Request for return authorization must be submitted within 30 days of rog (receipt of goods). Requests submitted beyond 30 days of rog will not be accepted.

  4. Both pages of the ra form must be filled out completely and faxed/emailed back to Sundae Sky.

  5. Unfulfilled return authorization requirements may result in delay of processing until further verification is obtained. If further verification is not received, return authorization is subject to refusal.

  6. Upon approval, Sundae Sky will issues ra #. This process may take up to 1 week after receipt of ra form. You can check the return process and status on MY ACCOUNT > RETURNS at www.SundaeSky.com

  7. Customer is responsible for all freight charges incurred during the process of repair or replacement.

  8. Return shipping label will be paid and issued only for damaged/defective items. For all other return requests where the item is not damaged, you (the customer) are responsible for this fee.

  9. Once ra# and return label are issued, return item must be received by Sundae Sky within 15 days of the issued date.

  10. When return items are received by Sundae Sky, they will be carefully inspected by our quality assurance department and processed per customer instructions. If Sundae Sky is unable to fulfill the ra request per customer instructions, notification will be sent via phone or email within 5 business days.

  11. Damages not incurred during manufacturing will not be approved for a return.

  12. A 15% processing fee and freight charge will be deducted from refund if:
    • merchandise is returned after the 15th day of ra# and return label issue date.

  13. The quality assurance department determines that the return item has sustained damage caused by continual or normal use.

  5. Unfulfilled return authorization requirements may result in delay of processing until further verification is obtained. If further verification is not received, return authorization is subject to refusal.

  6. Upon approval, Sundae Sky will issues RA #. This process may take up to 2 weeks after receipt of RA form. You can check the return process and status on MY ACCOUNT > RETURNS at www.SundaeSky.com
